Simply stated, tours operate rain or shine! In the rare event of extreme weather—lightning, hail, high winds, or flooding—Hub Town Tours notifies affected guests, who will then be eligible for rebooking or a full refund. However, failure to show for any tour that operates as scheduled will result in loss of tour payment.
